How to book or check availability (computer / tablet):

(computer or tablet version)

1. Click on “Book Now.”
2. Enter your information: dates, number of nights, required services, preferences, and the total length and type of your equipment.
   *Note: If you select the “pull-through” option, fewer sites will appear as we have a limited number available.
3. Available sites will appear in green on the interactive map.
   • Hover your cursor over a green point to see the site number, dimensions, and details.
   *On tablets or smartphones, zoom in to view the points clearly.
   • The same sites will also appear as a list below the map.
4. To view photos or reserve a site, click on a green point or on “View this site” in the list.
5. To return to the site list, use the link provided.
   *Do not use your browser’s back arrow — doing so will block the site for 10 minutes.
6. When you have selected your site, click “Reserve this site.”
7. Enter your information and ensure your email address is correct.
8. A reservation includes 2 adults and 3 children.
   • For any additional person, enter their name and number of nights in the Additional Person section.
   *For more information on visitors and additional persons, please refer to our “Visitor and Additional Person” policies.
9. Check the box confirming that you have read the rules, and then click “Confirm.”

*If everything is completed correctly, you will see: “Reservation completed successfully.” A confirmation email will follow within seconds.
If not, simply follow the instructions displayed on screen.

How to book or check availability (mobile):

The procedure is the same; however, only the list of sites is displayed (no interactive map). Amperage service preference is not a search filter in this version.Please read each site’s description carefully and selects one that matches your required electrical amperage.

Group reservations:

For group bookings, follow the same steps (1 to 9). However, it is essential that each site reservation is completed with the name and information of the actual occupant, even if one person is paying for the entire group reservations.

Providing the correct occupant information allows us to:

• Ensure each campsite is appropriate for the equipment of each camper;
• Coordinate group arrivals smoothly;
• Avoid delays at check-in caused by missing or incorrect information.

*Please note: Insurance and emergency responders now require full information for every family staying on-site.

**If you are booking on a computer/tablet you have the option to notify us that you are part of a group. Here is the procedure:

• Check the box “We are traveling as a group.”
• In the Comments section, provide the names, site numbers, or reservation numbers of the other group members.

*For group stays, we recommend our double sites.

Reserving a double site:

Double sites allow two camping units on the same site. Each unit has its own services (water / 30-amp electricity / sewer).
The rate remains the same even if you choose to occupy the site alone.
Follow the reservation steps (1 to 9).

1. Check “We are traveling as a group” when entering your information.
2. On computer/tablet, use the Comments section to include:
   • the name,
   • phone number,
   • number of adults and children,
   • type and dimensions of the second unit.
3. For mobile bookings: once you receive your confirmation, reply to the email with the second family’s information.
