Cancellation, modification and refund policy

Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be sent by email to: infocampingcantley@gmail.com. The email address shown on your confirmation is an address generated by the reservation system; emails sent to this address are not processed by Camping Cantley.

Please include: confirmation number, name, and phone number associated with the reservation. A cancellation confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of your request by email.
*If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please call us.

Cancellation Fees – Stays under 2 weeks (before taxes)

• Up to 72 hours before the day of your arrival:
  • 7 nights or less: fee retained: $60.00
  • 8 to 13 nights: fee retained: $90.00
• Less than 72 hours before the day of arrival: Full amount of the stay is retained.

Cancellation Fees – Stays over 2 weeks (before taxes)

• Up to 2 weeks before the day of arrival: fee retained: $125.00
• Less than 2 weeks before the day of arrival: Full amount of the stay is retained, with the possibility of a refund for re-rented nights (less $125.00 + taxes)

Modification

A stay can be:

• Extended based on availability
• Modified or moved within the same season at no cost, if requested at least 72 hours before arrival.

*The cancellation fee remains the same after a stay is moved.

**Only reservations made after May 1st can be shortened.

***Late arrivals or early departures do not qualify for any refund.

Refund

Approved refunds are processed automatically by the reservation system to the same credit card used for the reservation. It may take up to 10 days to appear on your account.

*Important to note: The $5.00 + taxes reservation fee, applied by reservationcamping.ca or for bookings made for you by the employees of the camping, cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
This fee is separate from cancellation fees and is always retained.
