Policy for visitors
All campers may receive visitors. Upon arrival, visitors must check in at the reception desk and pay the daily access fee of $8.70 + tax ($10.00) per person. They then have access to all campground facilities: washrooms, pool, playgrounds, etc.
Access hours:
- Arrival: starting at 9:00 a.m.
- Departure: before 10:30 p.m.
- After 8:50 p.m., no new visitors will be admitted unless a prior arrangement has been made with the reception.
Animals:
Visitors must leave their pets at home unless they are staying overnight. In that case, a fee of $4.35 + tax ($5.00) per night applies, and the animal must be registered at the office.
Parking:
Day visitors may not drive their vehicle onto the campground. All vehicles must remain in the visitor parking area near the reception.
Exceptions:
- visitors staying overnight
- visitors aged 65 and older
- visitors with a disabled parking permit or mobility limitations
*We recommend that visitors plan a meeting point so campers can pick them up when they arrive.
Overnight Visitors
A visitor staying overnight must pay an additional fee of $5.22 + tax ($6.00) before 8:50 p.m. They must sleep in the camper’s existing equipment. Otherwise, they are considered a camper themselves and must book their own campsite. Checkout time is 12:00 p.m. (noon) the following day. After this time, the daily access fee ($10.00) will be charged again.
*Visitor fees cover access to the campground only.
**Campers are responsible for the behavior of their visitors.
Reservation is possible 6 months before your arrival date.
