Please be advised that since we currently have no answers to your questions, the office will be closed until Mr. Legault announces an opening date, or that he removes the mandatory closing orders issued by the PROVINCE OF QUÉBEC permitting the CAMPGROUNDS to resume their activities. Therefore, only the urgent messages will be forwarded and answered by the administrative manager of the campsite. When the opening date is announced, our employee hired to communicate with the client, will resume his position at the campsite.
Reservations with an arrival date after June 21st, can be made online. However, we cannot guarantee that the services advertised on our website will be operational due to the impacts of the COVID-19 situation.
For the cancellation of a reservation which was to take place during the month of May, an email will be sent to you in the coming days with an explaining the procedures and options.
For the cancellation of a reservation having its arrival in June, July, August or September, it is possible to do so directly online from the confirmation received. Otherwise, please email us and as soon as we return we will pay attention to your request. Important to know that if the cancellation is less than 2 weeks before your arrival, do not use the online system to cancel. We will take care of it to minimize the cost of your cancellation.
For the request of a seasonal site, we have sites but it is currently forbidden for us to show the sites due to the Government’s ban on the camper’s access to the site. Therefore to show your interest, we invite you to read the campsite regulations concerning the seasonal rental in order to determine that these do meet your expectations. Afterward, send us an email with your name, phone number, type, size and year of manufacture of your trailer. As soon as we are authorized, we will contact you to discuss and / or give you an appointment for a visit of the sites. We take priority of your request, to set up the appointments.
For trailer dealers, repairers, you will need to leave a message and a field employee will call you to make an appointment that will allow you to come and deliver or repair a trailer
