To help you make a reservation, please consult our Booking procedures.

*Reservations made before May 1st cannot be shortened without being cancelled, in accordance with the cancellation policy. You will then need to make a new reservation, with no guarantee of keeping the same site.

**Reservations are possible 6 months before your arrival date.

***Some periods of the season require a minimum number of nights depending on the date of your stay (high season).

1. Starting January 1st 2026
   You will be able to reserve:
   

    

   • • 2 nights or more for stays from May 15 to June 21 and from August 23 to September 15 (low season)
     • 4 nights or more for stays from June 22 to August 23 (high season)
2. Starting April 15, 2026
   You will be able to reserve:
   

    

   • • 2 nights or more for stays from June 22 to August 23 (high season)

One-night reservation:

• The reservation must be made the same morning, directly with the office starting at 9:15 a.m., by phone at 819-827-1056.
• This option is not always available on Fridays and Saturdays, depending on remaining site availability.

Holiday weekends:

• A 2-night reservation during a holiday weekend cannot be made through our online reservation system.
• You may reserve starting the Tuesday morning proceeding the holiday, by calling the office.

*Exception for Québec’s National Holiday (Saint-Jean-Baptist):
2-night stays are accepted starting May 15, by phone.

Reservation confirmation:

A completed reservation will display the message “The reservation has been successfully completed”, and an email will be sent to the address you entered.

Don’t forget to check your junk mail if you don’t see it in your inbox.

An incomplete reservation will display a message inviting you to contact the office, along with an error code. Please take note of it, as it will help us understand the situation.

Reservation fee:

A fee of $5.00 plus tax per site is added to all stays.

• Online, this fee is charged directly to your credit card by reservationcamping.ca.
• By phone, this fee is added to your stay.

*Reservation fees are non-refundable, without exception.

Reservations by phone:

You may contact our staff starting April 21 (the office is physically closed until April 25) at 819-827-1056.

Please note that we use the same reservation software as on our website, and therefore the same date restrictions apply.

Please consult the office hours to avoid being greeted by our voicemail.
