Maintenance attendant
Job Description:
The employee is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the common areas on the campground, such as play areas and paths. The attendant performs cleaning, minor repairs, and equipment maintenance to ensure functional and pleasant facilities. They contribute to providing a welcoming and well-maintained environment for campers.
Duties:
Maintenance of the Grounds:
- Conduct a tour of the campground, picking up trash and papers
- Maintain outdoor areas and sports facilities
- Check and clean fire pit areas
- Gather leaves and dead branches
- Wash and reposition picnic tables
- Maintain landscaping: remove weeds, water flowers, and mow the grass
- Perform minor repairs
- Conduct maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment
Customer Service:
- Provide special services to customers, such as responding to requests, informing customers about the company’s services, managing lost and found items, addressing complaints, or directing them to the appropriate person at the front desk

Facilities Cleaning Attendant
Job Description:
The employee is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the camping site’s sanitation facilities. This includes regular cleaning of toilets, showers, sinks, and other common areas to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for campers. This role is essential to ensure the comfort and safety of clients during their stay.
Responsibilities:
Sanitation Facility Maintenance:
- Clean and disinfect toilets, showers, and sinks
- Check and refill supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and other amenities
- Clean floors, walls, and mirrors
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment (faucets, showers, etc.)
- Clean doors and handles to ensure hygiene
- Empty trash bins and waste containers
Customer Service:
- Respond to campers’ requests regarding sanitation facilities
- Maintain a polite and professional attitude at all times
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management
- Ensure the application of company policies and regulations

Préposé à l’accueil (FR)

Vous souhaitez travailler dans une ambiance de vacances ? Le Camping Cantley est à la recherche de personnes dynamiques pour compléter son équipe lors de la prochaine saison estivale.
Période :
Du 1er juin au 15 septembre 2026. La formation peut toutefois avoir lieu dès le 20 mai (en soirée et/ou fin de semaine).
Tâches :
- Informer les clients des modalités de réservation : emplacements, frais, modifications et annulations
- Effectuer la réservation des emplacements
- Préparer les fiches d’enregistrement des clients
- Accueillir les clients à leur arrivée
- Enregistrer les clients
- Informer les clients sur certains aspects pratiques : services, sécurité, règlements
- Remettre la documentation pertinente
- Compiler les statistiques quotidiennes
- Répondre aux demandes des clients, vendre des produits disponibles sur le terrain, s’occuper des objets trouvés, traiter des plaintes rapportées
- Fournir de l’information sur les services et les activités offerts par le Camping Cantley ainsi que sur les attraits touristiques de la région
- Effectuer divers types de réservations pour le compte des clients (réservations de billets de spectacle, restaurants, etc.)
- Aviser le client qu’à la fin de son séjour, il doit laisser la carte d’accès à la sortie dans les boîtes prévues à cet effet

National Lifeguard
Job Description:
The lifeguard is a key employee responsible for ensuring safety in the camping pools. The main duty is to monitor swimmers to prevent accidents and intervene in case of danger by applying aquatic rescue techniques and providing first aid.
Duties:
Equipment and Installation:
- Ensure the proper functioning of the facilities and equipment
- Test the water and adjust chemicals for swimmer safety
- Clean the pools
Surveillance and Rescue:
- Prevent risks and dangers that may arise around the pools
- Monitor swimmers to ensure compliance with regulations and intervene if needed
- Provide assistance, resuscitate, and administer first aid to victims
- Fill out an incident report in case of an accident or incident
Customer Service:
- Educate swimmers on water safety measures
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about the campground and its activities
- Manage lost and found items and address complaints or redirect them to the appropriate person
- Enforce and ensure compliance with the company’s regulations
