Refunds

Camping Cantley is not obligated to reimburse for occurrences that are not under their control.

Any refund due, after the application of the cancellation fees, is done directly to the credit card that was used to complete the initial reservation.  One must be patient to see the returned amount on your credit card since it sometimes takes up to 10 days.

** IMPORTANT TO NOTE that the reservation fee of $4.00 plus tax which is charged by reservationcamping.ca when making the reservation or added to the stay in the reservation made by the campsite is nonrefundable under any consideration. When canceling, if this charge was present in your stay, it will be added to the cancellation charge and kept.
