Reservation procedures
HOW TO BOOK OR SEE AVAILABILITY. (computer, tablet version)
- Press on "Book now» and enter the information (dates, number of nights, services required, preferences, TOTAL type and size of your equipment) that are requested in the form and press “Search”. * Important to note that if you request direct entry (pull-through), you will eliminate a large majority of our available sites, because we only have around twenty.
- On the interactive terrain map, available sites have a green dot. When you hover over the points, you will see the site number, size, and more (For tablets or smartphones, please enlarge the image to see the points). These lots will also be displayed as a list below the map.
Note that a reservation includes 2 adults and 3 children. For all additional people, added their name in the “Additional person” boxes at the bottom of the form, as well as the number of nights that this person will be present during the stay. To see the photos of the land and to continue booking, click either on the green dot or on the view this site button in the list. To return to see other terrains it is important to use the link
Return to the results of your search which you will find at the bottom of the exposed land sheet. If you click on the back arrow in your internet window, you will occupy the site you were looking at for the next 10 minutes and returning to it will give you a message that the site is no longer available.
- After you have chosen the land you like, and you are ready to make the reservation, click on the “reserve this site” button at the bottom of the page.
- Enter your information to finalize your reservation. It is important to make sure you type your email address correctly as your confirmation will be sent to you there.
- Once all the boxes have been filled in and you have checked that you have read the regulations, press confirm. If everything was completed successfully, the reservation system will indicate the message “The reservation was completed successfully”. And a confirmation of this should enter your email a few seconds after the message received. Otherwise, follow the system instructions.
HOW TO BOOK OR SEE AVAILABILITY. (mobile version)
- You must follow the same procedure as above but you will only have the option of the list of available sites and not the interactive map of the land. You will find information about the site by pressing “see site” in the list. The amperage choice preference is not a search criterion in this version. Therefore, it becomes important to make sure to read the characteristics that you will find in the site sheet and to choose a site with the amperage necessary for your needs.
GROUP BOOKING*
For group reservations follow the same procedure (1 to 5). However, it is very important to complete each reservation with the name and information of the occupant of the land, even if the payment is made by the same person. Everyone's information allows us to ensure that the chosen sites are suitable for the equipment, to plan arrival without risk of confusion and to avoid delays caused by the need to modify information upon arrival. The information of each family present is now required by insurance companies and first responders in the event of a disaster.
In the computer or tablet version, you have the option to notify us that you are a group by checking the “We are traveling in a group” box. And, in the form to fill out, you will find a comment box allowing you to enter the name, # site or reservation of each person in your group. By following these procedures, we make sure to block the land together to prevent movement.
*For group reservations we recommend DOUBLE PITCHES which will allow you to play face to face.
RESERVATION OF A DOUBLE LOT
Dual lots allow you to install two pieces of equipment on the same lot. However, it is important to note that the price of the land remains the same if you choose to occupy it alone.
Follow reservation procedure 1 to 5
- Be sure to check the We are traveling in a group box when entering your information.
- In the computer version, you must use the comment box to enter the name, telephone number, number of adults and children, and the type and size of the equipment of the second occupant. If there is an additional person in any of the reservations, use the boxes Additional person (at the bottom of the sheet). If you use the mobile version, you can, from the confirmation, return it to us with the details of the expected second family.
