Cancellations, modification, refund
MODIFICATIONS
A stay may be extended depending on availability or modified by postponing it during the current season free of charge, if the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled day of your arrival. The cancellation fee associated with the reservation will not change following the displacement of the stay. Important to note that only reservations made after May 1st may be shortened.
LATE ARRIVALS or EARLY DEPARTURES
There will be no reduction or reimbursement of fee for late arrivals or early departures.
Cancellations
Any cancellation request must be sent by email to infocampingcantley@gmail.com. Make sure that the cancellation request tells us both the confirmation number, the name and telephone number under which the reservation was made. Cancellation of the reservation will be confirmed to you within 48 hours of the request. IMPORTANT NOT TO USE YOUR CONFIRMATION and the email address to make the cancellation because it will not come to the attention of the campground as it is a “DO NOT REPLY” address of the reservation system.
Cancellation fees for a stay of less than 2 weeks (taxes not included):
- Up to 2 weeks before the day of your arrival: amount retained $15.00
- 2 weeks to 48 hours before the day of your arrival, a stay less than 7 nights, amount retained $59.00; a stay of 7 to 13 nights, amount retained $90.00;
- Less than 48 hours before the day of your arrival: the total amount will be kept.
Cancellation fees for a stay longer than 2 weeks (taxes not included)
- Up to 1 month before the day of your arrival, amount kept $59.00;
- Up to 2 weeks before the day of your arrival: amount retained $125.00
- Less than 2 weeks before the day of your arrival: the entire stay will be retained with the possibility of reimbursement (less $125.00 plus taxes), for the nights of your re-rented stay.
Refunds
Camping Cantley is not obligated to reimburse for occurrences that are not under their control. Any refund due, after the application of the cancellation fees, is done directly to the credit card that was used to complete the initial reservation. One must be patient to see the returned amount on your credit card since it sometimes takes up to 10 days.
** IMPORTANT TO NOTE that the reservation fee of $4.50 plus tax which is charged by reservationcamping.ca when making the reservation or added to the stay in the reservation made by the campsite is non refundable under any consideration. When canceling, if this charge was present in your stay, it will be added to the cancellation charge and kept.
