If you are not fully satisfied with the site you selected, we invite you to come to the Office within 30 minutes of your check-in. We will review the sites still available and offer you a suitable alternative. If no other site is available, or if the options presented do not meet your expectations, Camping Québec’s Satisfaction Guarantee policy will apply.
