We currently have seasonal sites available for 2026 and would love for you to be part of our community. To get started, please take a moment to review our seasonal rules, which explain how we operate and what to expect when renting a site. This will help you ensure our guidelines match your expectations.

If, after reading, you are still interested, we invite you to complete and return the Site visit request. As soon as the weather allows access to the grounds, we will contact you to schedule a visit and show you the available sites.

You can also consult the 2026 seasonal rates at any time.

Please note that, since site allocation is based on the order in which requests are received, we cannot provide a list of available sites before your visit: sites listed could be rented before your arrival.

*Important to note:

• The maximum age allowed for equipment for a seasonal site is 14 years.
• All equipment must be fully functional and in good condition.
• Equipments over 10 years old must provide an up-to-date inspection of their propane system, as indicated in Section C: Equipment, #3 of the rules.

**If your trailer exceeds the 14-year age limit, a regular seasonal site is unfortunately no longer available. However, an alternative option is available. Please contact us at 819-827-1056 for more details.
