Reservation policy

The only way to make your reservation before May 15. Reservation is possible eservations are possible 6 months before your arrival date. (To help you book or see availability, see our (Reservation procedures).

* ** Please note that Reservations made, before May 1st, cannot be shortened without a complete cancellation of the existing reservation. The cancellation fee will be applied as stated in the policy. It will then be necessary to make a new reservation, without the guaranty of having the priority of your chosen site.

1. As of April 15th, 2024, reservations can be made for a stay of:
   • 2 nights and more from May 15th to June 21th and from August 29th to September 15th
   • 3 nights or more during high season – June 22th to August 28th; (see *)
2. As of May 1st, 2024, reservations of 2 nights or more can be made..
3. The reservation of a single night is possible by contacting us by telephone the same morning at 819-827-1056 from 9:15 a.m. A single night stay may not be offered on Fridays and Saturdays.

A completed reservation will display the message "The reservation was successful" and an email will immediately be sent to the email address you entered. Be sure to check your spam if not received.

Full payment for the stay is paid when booking. A reservation fee of $4.50 plus tax is added to all stays. Online, this fee is paid directly from your credit card at reservationcamping.ca. By telephone, this fee is included with your stay. The reservation fee is non refundable, under no consideration.
