We have seasonal sites available for the 2023 season. We would appreciate a moment of your time to familiarize yourself with our seasonal rules & regulations to ensure that these do meet your expectations.

If still interested, please fill out this form and return and as soon as possible as we keep priority of request for the showings..  When Mother Nature allows us to access the premises, we will contact you to set an appointment to come and see the availabilities..

Since the offer of the sites is based on an order of priority of the requests received, we will not send a list of the sites available before your visit because they might have been rented before your arrival.

* The age limit accepted for the entry of an equipment into the seasonal base is 14 years and all must be functional and in good condition. * A trailer more than 10 years old must have its equipment and propane gas inspection before entering the site. An inspection of the propane gas inspection (see our more detail in our rules and regulations, Section C #3).

If the age of the trailer is older than 14 years, the seasonal land offer is no longer available but we have another option for you.  You can communicate with us at 819-827-1056 to discuss them.
